“Just Another Day” (mrmayo.org/…) is talking about the life. The song is great, because of the rhythm. He tells everybody how to stay off of drugs.

Playing with the big boys

I was playing basktball with my friend Seun and Brandon. When they went to the store Ernes and Nickolas picked me to play with the big boys. It was hard to shoot the ball. whan I was playing with the big boy. I was fun to play ball.

Street Dreamz is about the Hood

I just listened to John’s song Street Dreamz.

I liked “Street Dreamz” because it’s about the hood and how hard it is.

One lyric that stands out for me is: “All my people in the street on the grind…” I like the way this shouts out to the hood.

Another lyric that I liked was: “So now you don’t know what to do with yourself. You want to get caught… (but then I wasn’t sure what the next lyric is).” I like how he talks about the “feds” and not being sure about the future.

I look forward to seeing what John makes next, because I like this song, and “Two Sides of Life.”
